I'm already disappointed enough that he didn't get any screen time or videogame time.

He's smart and very perceptive.

Yeah he's higher than a Sannin. But I think given the hype around this guy he can bounce between mid to high.

No they said he was stronger than the Sannins
Oro's always had imperfect sagemode for the longest time as long as Jiraiya's imperfect sagemode if anything. Minato was already grown as Jiraiya's formal pupil when White Fang was around because Hatake Kakashi just got into the academy.
