Mokuton doesn't have much durability IMO, it's basically wood. A simple katana could slice it or easily stab into it. It's just thick, so it's able to hold off most attacks and self-repair. Other than that, it doesn't have much durability feats. It's no different than regular wood, just able to take specific forms...

A simple katana could stab a weak form like Zetsu's, but even Madara's watered down form wouldn't break up when BM Naruto tried to bite through it.

To cut through the original Hashi or Shinju stuff, you need a razor sharp ninjutsu, avatar ability or strong weapon. (Suidanha, BM Bijudama/Susano'o sword, Adamantine Nyoi etc)

Tobirama used high level/high pressure water jutsu to cut it
Naruto used Karama/big Rasengan to break through it
Sasuke used a amateratsu clad Susanoo and sword to slice through
