Sasuke obviously had the better development, Kishi wouldn't have had it any other way, hell, Sasuke had better development than Naruto.

Sasuke had the best development if you think of it. Itachi always failed in life.

Sasuke had the better development of the series. I think his character is the most complex. The turn of events his character went through, the twists and decisions he made throughout the whole manga... The complexity of the relationship he had with Itachi and Naruto. The emotions he felt in ending of the series, accepting Naruto's friendship, accepting to protect Itachi's will, accepting Sakura as a woman, etc.

As for Itachi, i'm waiting for Itachi's own series, hoping to see a little more of his perspective. I want to see what kind of relationship he had with Izumi Uchiha. That sort of details, can't wait for it to start.

I don't really understand this. itachi's development is intertwined with sasuke's. if one fails, the other falls apart.

Sasuke has the best character development in the series. After all of the things he's been through and his quest to find the truth and answers regarding his brother, clan, and shinobi as whole make him a very complex and at the same time an interesting character. His monologue at the end of chapter 699 is just the icing on the cake.

Your answer is rejected due to trying to be diplomatic :bdpf:
???.... Okay...

I say Sasuke. Itachi had a lot of development but as far as transition from point A (Uchiha massacre) to point B (Boruto the Movie) Sasuke. Adult Sasuke had MUCH more growth than Adult Itachi when you realize how screwed up in the head Sasuke got during his teenage years & how much he improved.

Obviously Itachi. His made sense.

Whereas Sasuke is a complete bi-polar, psychopath. More doesn't = better. Sasuke based his life on Itachi except he put his own retarded, butthurt & emo interpretations on it. Itachi mudered his clan and sacrificed himself just so Sasuke could take it the wrong way and ruin everyones lives.

Sasuke had more development, but Itachi was handled better in the end. Sasuke's MS Phase was the peak of his character whether people liked it or not. So yes Itachi.

Sasuke had better development, but Itachi was better written. Whenever Itachi showed up, something major in the plot occurred and he didn't overstay his welcome. It was like a Stephen Curry shot, shortly after cross the halfcourt line a three pointer is made. It's the same with Itachi. He shows up and the story shifts and then he's gone.
