Kakashi channels his chakra to his lungs as he takes a deep breath. As he exhales, he releases a gush of water that looks like a waterfall that begins forming into a small hurricane. Using his chakra, Kakashi then manipulates the water to keep spinning and expands it a bit to push back everything around him up to close quarters.

Next...

Kakashi takes out his sword and channels chakra to his muscles, stimulating them to move faster than normal. Being near a tree he demonstrates as he pierces it several times. To the untrained eye it would look like this:
