isn't this obito basically the same as DMS Kakashi w/ a longer time limit? Both have rikudou chakra, both have the same eyes, PS would be both of their strongest jutsus, the black staff wouldn't really come into play that much since he'd be inside PS.

How would this be "Prime Obito"? He is weaker in this state than when he was a jinchuriki.

He is logically as strong as DMS Kakashi, so the strongest that he can beat is probably Rinnegan Sasuke without Biju.

Kakashi did'nt blitz kaguya nor does he have the speed to blitz her, she was focused on what she thinks is the greater threat, the yin and yang seal, in otherwords sasuke, people really believe someone with a degraded rikudou chakra is fast enough to blitz kaguya

On topic, maybe DRSM madara assuming he does'nt get smacked by limbo (sine he can't see nor sense it), if obito can phase through limbo attacks he beats madara, and would be on maybe a bit higher
