Knowledge and experience does matter, knowing Madara's knowledge, experience and power kishi stated Madara is without weakness meaning Madara is the only being in the NV who doesn't have a weakness and kaguya does have weaknesses.

There are only a few Madara fans who think he can actually defeat Kaguya.

A small amount compared to the rest.


Besides, having experience with certain power won't automatically give you instant knowledge and mastery over any new power you get. You're going to have to become experienced in using that new power. Not that it matters in the Naruto series though considering how Madara was being tossed around by Naruto and Sasuke despite him having more "experience" than them. He was missing his left eye but he still had the Juubi's power. Then again, he had less than a day of experience with that power if you want to use that logic.

When facing with Juubi Jin and above, experience without right tools to beat them is worthless.

Naruto part 1 had more overall chakra and power than Jiraiya due to the 9 tails, but Jiraiya would easily beat Naruto in a fight due to his experience.
in the case of an overwhelming power like Pein vs Kakashi, even though kakashi has experience he still wouldnt be able to defeat Pein as he simply isnt strong enough.
Its not a one size fits all statement. Experience can beat strength and strength can beat experience.
But of course in Naruto, plot will defeat everything.

I don't think anyone says experience ALWAYS beats overall power. Just in certain cases where the power levels are close enough that experience helps. Eg. SM Madara might rival juubito BECAUSE he has more experience and knowledge of rikudou's powers than obito.

Yea this, if the rinne sharingan grants madara the ability to open portals (which mostlikely would if we saw more of madara and rinne sharingan), but feat wise he has no answer to amenotominaka, but if kishi was to show us the full extent of madara's power, he may stand a chance

no experience matters if power gap is little or none. Obviously if you put iruka against naruto then that's a slaughter but if you put let's say MS itachi against MS sasuke or SM naruto against SM jiraya then experience will matter.
