Remember the good old days when Rasengan was the most hyped jutsu.....i mean it was the rage of the day when Naruto lerned it initially and later it became sort of fodder......doesn't it feel like that its power level was rather degraded later on in the series...or was it just due to the fact that its variations were too OP mainly Rasenshuriken....

Well, it's still a jutsu that only a handful of ninjas were able to master u.u

Also, rasengan was always meant to be an incomplete jutsu, Minato wanted to add nature manipulation to it, but couldn't do it.
