Restrictions: all rinnegan abilities apart from ameno, susano, summonings, amaterasu, genjutsu, clones
Battle condition: sasuke can spam ameno like 50 times before needeing to recharge

Techniques: FTG all forms, Odama rasengan, 2 clones
Restrictions: any summon,death reaper seal or any kind of sealing tech, sage mode,ofcoarse Bijuu mode and can only create 2 clones due to not having much variety in ninjutsu
DMS kakashi
Techniques: kamui teleportation, all his elemental techs he has shown
Restrictions: PS, kamui snipe,summons, intangibility can only last for 5 seconds before he materializes, any form of clone is restricted
Location: takes place in a grassy land (kimmi vs gaara)
