I was just reading four tails vs oro and i learned oro can die he said it out of his only mouth ,don't know i missed it before but he said if naruto tbb hit him he would be died for sure but aint he immortal?? Oro bit with a snake didn't work when he had tried to cut naruto with his sword it didn't and kusanagi was said to cut anything. I think if naruto had finished fight oro it was a very strong possibly he could of killed him and thats why oro got out of there so fast when yamato tried to seal naruto 4 tails chakra.

If he was hit by Naruto's attack then there would be no body left to regenerate and he would die instantly. Well the situation was only worsening. Naruto lost control of himself and I'm sure Oro is smart enough to get out the way of the KYuubis possible revival. Oro was mostly playing with 4 tails.
