It's in the sea as it is currently. There ain't no land big enough for that thing. Literally the biggest creature we've seen in the series, makes Oars Jr look like nothing. Who knows though? There could be giants as big as that on Elbaf.

It's in the sea. I'm pretty sure it swims when the water is too deep, and walks when shallow enough.
