I'm not lying I actually had a Lebanese classmate that left Lebanon cause their family got picked on by the other religion which was the majority in that village.

I can give you some sources about anti-islam or anti-Christianity in Lebanon. And it isn't just Lebanon it is also Balkan, Europe, Africa, middle-east and also Asia if you count hindu's and Buddhists.
