War Arc 7G Gai was a taijutsu specialist as well, at the very least around the level of Adult Lee, and his best feat in the 7th Gate is pushing back 1R JJ Madara for a few seconds. Adult 3T Sasuke would rape that same Madara in taijutsu, meaning he's >>>> 7G Gai in that department (not counting Hirudora). Every speed category Sasuke completely dominates Lee in. Like, it's not even near close. Since I assume Hirudora isn't allowed, this is how it will go:

Scenario 1: Lee dashes attempting to blitz or at least land a hit. Sasuke reacts easily and counters by smacking him away with enough force for him to bust a cliff (taken from the Boruto movie when Fused Momoshiki was getting beaten). Lee

The problem here is that there won't even be any taijutsu involved because of the gap in physical stats between the two. This really isn't balanced.

I would restrict Naruto's modes much of a fan of him that I am If I were to versus him against Lee like I have Sasuke here he wouldn't get any of those modes which improve his physical strength and senses to much for Lee to even stand a chance. It isn't like restricting Lee's gates unless you can tell me any of the gates give Lee RSM level sensing and strength and since Lee doesn't have access to the 8th Gate thats why.

That's just it. The only thing differentiating Adult 3T Sasuke and Adult RSM Naruto is sizable gap in reaction time. Since 3T Sasuke lacks the immense precog bonus from EMS, he'll eventually be killed by RSM Naruto. However, that's where the differences end - Sasuke's equal to him in everything else regarding taijutsu. So, with this paragraph, you're basically saying Adult Lee stands a chance against RSM Naruto with lowered reactions and some given precognition (a.k.a Adult 3T Sasuke), which is ridiculous since:

KCSM Naruto as you put it may be equal to 3T Sasuke but in this situation it's about Lee and his strengths versus Sasuke's and the conditions I put in place.

Only way Lee wins is if he uses Hirudora. In a straight up brawl he's not overpowering someone who can match RSM Naruto in physical ability and it's really that simple.

War arc RSM Naruto with rikudo senjutsu cloak >=1 RIN JJ Madara >Adult RSM Naruto=Adult Sasuke

There is no reason to think that Adult Naruto is better than War arc one in taijutsu,speed and reaction ,on the other hand ,there is more than one reason to think he is weaker ,speaking about losing/not using Rikudo senjutsu cloak and kuarma 's statement in the gaiden .

Sasuke is equal in physical ability with RSM Naruto. All he lacks here is EMS precog. Does he need it? Nope. 1R JJ Madara could react to 7th gate gai speed. So unless we are making the assumption that lee has surpassed gai(no feats to back up) then Adult Sasuke speed >= 7th gate lee(maybe not 8th gate though but that's not in this scenario). In which case 3T sharingan precog is enough to deal with Lee.

And yes, Adult 3T Sasuke is easily above Shinjuuless 1R JJ Madara in taijutsu, seeing as how he was sparring with two opponents that are easily above him as well (Fused Momoshiki and Kinshiki), not to mention being equal to RSM Naruto in physical ability.

But since you allowed Hirudora, Sasuke loses. He can't tank that, nor can he get away from its blast range since he's restricted from everything else. So Lee wins because of Afternoon Tiger, but gets demolished in a strict hand-to-hand brawl.
