On Topic: There are two possibilities and each one is in Byakugou's favor.
Option 1. Byakugou isn't connected to the host's chakra network:
In this context the Byakugou is not affected by the host's chakra network, which essentially means the chakra flows without traveling through the blocked pathways. In other words, it is not blocked by the Hyuga's taijutsu.
Option 2. Byakugou is connected to the host's chakra network, but flows into it similar to the Kyuubi in Naruto:
In this case, the Byakugou chakra flows in to naturally mix with the host's chakra, in the same process as Naruto's Kyuubi chakra flowing into his existing chakra network. In this case, the Byakugou will break open the blocked pathways, the same way the Kyuubi chakra forcibly opened Naruto's blocked Tenketsu.
Cmon Hyuuga trolls and Naruto fapboys aren't logical. They won't be able to grasp such simple concepts.
