Minato. Itachi is fast but Minato is the fastest between them period and that's not counting the fact Minato reaction speed and timing in the closest of situations is superior to Itachi to.

Minato Namikaze wins.

other part of Kurama. how's that fanfic for ya? But if it's the Minato post giving that half he had to his son which BZ stole and gave to Madara which Obito stole back for Naruto then well his reaction speed and his knowledge of the Uchiha should see him good against Itachi.

KB confirmed you can break gen not be immune to it. If he gets caught there is small window of vulnerability before he breaks. Also tsukuyomi is unbreakable except by sharingan users with the same blood. (sasuke doesnt have tsukuyomi). Itachi wins this easily

minato might have intel on the uchiha, but itachi does'nt need eye contact to place someone in genjutsu so minatos intel only makes him avoid sharingan genjutsu while itachi knows bout konohas yellow flash and his ftg , and minato is a close range fighter, the possibility of him not getting caught in itachis genjutsu is like 2%, itachi can summon his crows, in the midst of the crows use dusk crow genjutsu, how the hell will you see that coming, itachi is shown to spring out susano before lightning hit him, and we all know ftg is instantaneous but minatos arm swinging is not (as seen when madara blitzed him after teleporting) itachi can trigger susano before minato swing his arm, itachi is a better shurikenjutsu user, itachi is also highly intelligent, deducing and finding counter to techniques, itachi has a clone that explodes, he can use that for feints and mix them up with his crow clones, minato summons any toad it gets genjutsued, totsukad, yasaka magatamad, or amaterasued, itachi is fast enough to fight on par with KCM naruto who is faster than the raikage (no sickness drawback), moving so fast he had to warn be he was behind him, tricking sensors with clone feints (kabuto), itachi is gonna get minato with genjutsu, and lastly, itachi can use izanagi (which I dont think he will need) and backstab minato like obito did to konan, healthy itachi is superior to alive minato

Minato isn't a perfect jin and only edo minato has kurama. This was argued alot in 2012. No good arguments for Minato back then either.

Which Minato gave his half of Kurama to Naruto? If you can answer that then you have the answer to which Minato I've been talking about but if you can't and need me to tell you then let me know.

You should know only ninjas who are trained at non eye contact fighting can avoid looking into someones eyes. Gai noted this in p1. Like I said this was argued alot.

Are you saying Minato didn't have that training or the capacity to simply avoid eye contact against Itachi to guard against Tsukyomi? Minato's probably one of the best strategist fighters there is in Naruto and being a Kage has vast Knowledge on most clans so do you think it's out of his depth not to be able to counter them?

Nice fanfic just like every other Minato fan. Im not debating because it's clear who wins. The only people who can beat Itachi are the ones who can avoid his genjutsu. Minato uses kunai to use ftg, Itachi is clearly superior in shuriken jutsu and can use sharingan to stay away from those tags. He also kept up with KCM NAruto in tai so he's not getting blitzed. Just my take on it.

I like Minato but I'm not a fan. Only Kunai to use ftg? lols he uses seals to which he can place on any target he puts his hands on without them noticing until their hit.
