There's still technically Uchiha clan members. What's your point?... people from the clan survived and could've tried to revive the techs that got the clan massacred via passing on new scrolls to their kids etc.

"Clan members".. so wheres the uchiha clan? There is only 1 member of the uchiha clan alive today, and that is Sasuke Uchiha. That is it. Sarada is of Uchiha descendant, but is not part of the Uchiha clan. Just like Naruto is of Senju/Namikaze/Uzumaki descendant but isn't part of any of those clans.

Sasuke is the only living member of the Uchiha clan, due to him previously being part of the clan before it was wiped. In order for somebody like Sarada to be considered a "Clan member", there needs to be an actual clan..
