When did Rin became a Jinchuriki?

Like did she had the Sanbi sealed inside her before or after Obito who she thought was gone, or was she born and someone sealed it inside her?

Rin was captured by the Mist Ninja (Madara's scheme) and they made her a Jinchuriki so that when the seal breaks, the Sanbi will take over Rin and wreak havoc in Konoha. That's why she let herself die in Kakashi's hand (literally).

So, it means the Mist ninjas knew how to seal a Bijuu inside a person, AND what happened to The Sanbi when Rin died? I've heard somewhere that when a Jinchuriki dies, then the host inside them dies as well?

Technically yes, but it eventually reformed at some point and for some reason, it ended up with Yagura the 4th Mizukage. Then Obito who was Madara controlled him and practically caused that Kiri Bloodline War.
