What enables Madara to use Mokuton to the same level like Hashirama, while Naruto can't?

It is weird I didn't get any notification. Anyway it is still strange both Naruto and Sasuke got Hashirama DNA yet no Mokuton, what makes Madara so special he can use Mokuton like Hashirama and even access Sage Mode.
