I assume 'gai cannot be hurt' means he doesn't take damage from the 8th gate? If so, Saitama should still win considering his serious punch is likely stronger than any attack shown in the manga and he's way faster than this dude:

Bills crossed thousands of light years in a couple of minutes so there's no contest. Beerus would blitz him and so would the rest. Whis is totally overkill, he's like a Universe buster. I doubt Saitama would be stronger than anyone past SSj2 Goku, I don't see him damaging SSj3 Goku with his current feats.

Yes DBZ characters can do high-end destruction with their energy based attacks. Doesn't mean they're physically anywhere near that level. Saitama is far above them on a stats stand point and would blitz the shit out of any of them based on it taking Goku 177 days to cross 1 million kilometers (snake way) versus Saitama crossing half that distance (moon to earth is 400k kilometers+) INSTANTLY. There's a huge gap in speed between the Goku that shit on Nappa and Saitama. This means if it took Saitama 5 seconds to come from the moon to the Earth, Saitama is about 3 million+ times faster than this particular Goku. SSj2 is much faster than that Goku, but nothing comparable to Saitama's feat at all.

One Punch Man, probably the best written anime I've watched. The author humors other manga's and anime by making his main character super-op from the start. Instead of being like the average manga protagonist who wants to become stronger to save the world and be a legendary hero, this guy casually saves the world with his insane power, is bored of fighting, and only fights so that one day he can get the thrill he used to from his fights. But nah he gets completely roasted by Whis and SSj God Goku with his current feats, although he might be stronger if he ever finds his match. There are a tonne of anime characters stronger than Whis tho.
