The 4 root in the filler

In Naruto shippuuden episode 445 and 444, there are 4 Root members.

From 3 of them, we know their identity.

Hayate (coughs as well, same type of sick sounding voice), same hairstyle visible behind the mask and uses the crecent moon blade attack like the one that we know.

Yugao, his girlfriend. Same mask, sword fighting style and haircolor as the one that we know.

Anko (shown without her mask and her curse seal was shown).

Who is the fourth member?
He is visible on for example 4:40 in mirror 2, 5:60 and 7:19.

Who do you think?

Could it be Sai?
Not all his fingers are gloved.

Yugao vs tenten was also great matchup. I dunno why nobody thought about this but anyway Yugao moon technique reminds me of byakuya Senbonzakura technique from bleach.
