-Rinnegan lets him levitate, so he levitates above the Flower World.
-Jukai Kotan is dodged via Ameno.
-Chibaku Tensei puts him away. He's not going to counter without Mokujin.

Or Sasuke uses Ameno to swap with his blade and stabs Hashirama through the heart just like he did to Madara.

There isn't any point in restricting something that Sasuke doesn't have. Sasuke doesn't possess half of Hagoromo's chakra. That was the Yin Seal.

Without Susano'o, Sasuke doesn't have a counter for anything that Hashirama does like the Flower world. Full Intel takes away any possibility of Amenotejikara blindsides.
Shin & Black Zetsu could competently react, so Hashirama can definitely at least mentally react by sprouting Mokuton which is fast enough to intercept Sasuke's Susano'o arrows.

With these restrictions ,Hashirama is left with wood dragon ,jukai kotan and flower of the world .sasuke speed is enough to easily evade these attacks and his lightening arsenal wrecks them .if hashirama is close enough ,sasuke can finish him with ameno .

You mean that extra chakra he recieved in his Yin seal? Because you can't have the Rinnegan without having rikudou chakra.
If that's the case Sasuke wins low diff.

Edit: Sagemode is restricted so it's neg diff. Sasuke won't need is rinnegan for this one then.

The Yin Seal is irrelevant. It adds nothing to Sasuke besides the power to seal Kaguya. If you want to believe that he drew power from the Yin Seal, then it still wouldn't matter as when he draws from the seal his Chidori becomes black. That Chidori is white and it can still hurt Madara, who has the same ability as Obito, who takes far less damage from Ninjutsu than he does from Senjutsu. If you say that he didn't draw anything from the seal then you'd pretty much be agreeing that Sasuke has Hagoromo's power. If you say he drew from the Yin Seal despite his Chidori being white you will have to prove it.
