Marco can't be working for Kaidou, he'd rather join Shanks if he were to pick a yonkou to work under.
In fact, kaidou tried to attack Whitebeard before the war, so Marco hates Kaidou as much as Shanks do.

recently oda has shown lots of things like:
Weevil hunting Marco-> This means Marco will be shown again->Kaido has 3 calamities-> Kaido's soldiers are all Zoan users-> Kaido's calamities have fought admiral lvl guys->if Mythical/Ancient Zoans are Calamities then chances are high that Marco and X-Drake are the other 2 calamities.
I think this could be a reason why there are hunting Momo. He ate another mythical Zoan(Dragon) which was created for kaido.

I still don't see Drake as being a calamity, I don't think he's in that high of a position yet but I have a feeling that I could be wrong.
