Wasn't Sasuke still Hebi during his fight with Bee? Because that's the Sasuke i'm referring to, just giving him Susanoo rib-cage abilities.

Then why didn't you just say MS Sasuke? Cause Hebi Sasuke is Sasuke when he was in Hebi. The Sasuke you are referring to is Sasuke after forming Taka and after getting his MS.

Well, since Sasuke lacks knowledge, he'd likely lose though it would be a very difficult fight due to have CS2 and the Chakra activated from awakening the MS which means he should be > CS2 Hebi Sasuke and his own Susano'o would be buffed up which would be enough to withstand SM Jiraiya's attacks.

Unfortunately, with Frog Song and the fact that the MS and Cursed Seal drawbacks would cause Sasuke's Stamina to decrease considerably would be enough to ensure that SM Jiraiya wins, but it'd still be a difficult match.

Only way Sasuke wins is through Kirin GG which could be possible with Amaterasu.

-Naruto's Chou Oodama Rasengan was shredding Madara's Ribcage and it hadn't even exploded yet. He had to upgrade to V2/V3 and knock it away. Jiraiya's is stronger due to Senjutsu, and larger. Sasuke's Susanoo is inferior to Madara's even with Curse Mark's boost. So it gets obliterated or at the very most heavily damaged.
-In terms of CQC? Yeah. In terms of the battle as a whole? No.
-With intel? No. It doesn't. Blocking LoS from the start or using clones pretty much saves him from a one shot. DBIV also says that Jiraiya can sense and use Frog Kata.

Hmm. So MS Sasuke with CM2. Well, I'd say SM Jiraiya wins. Jiraiya pulls ma & pa out and sound gengutsu would end Sasuke(like when he and itachi fought against Kabuto).


Edit: Aah gengutsu is restricted. Interesting. They should be about the same speed. Jiraiya has more powerful techs(overall). Sasuke has the most powerful tech of the two(or should i say 5) of course(Kirin). I'd go with Jiraiya though, cuz it's essentially 3 against 1 and between the 3 of them, they can pull out more summons and way more tech than sasuke can. But I could also see them being seriously tired at the end and Sasuke pulling out Kirin. Jiraiya has nothing in his arsenal to protect him from this.

With Taka Sasuke having CS and Ribcage Susano'o, it would be a tight match but I'd still give it to Jiraiya. His skills, experience and chakra reserves give him a huge edge off the bat. Ribcage Susano'o should be at least partially meltable by Senpou: Goemon, with it "burning at thousands of degrees".

And let's face it, Kisame and Itachi didn't want to fight him. Whether or not Itachi said what he did to protect him, Kisame himself noted that his status "paled in comparison". Taka Sasuke isn't exactly in Kisame's league either, so that gives us insight as to where Taka Sasuke sits.

To me, SM Jiraiya takes this mid-high diff.

And anyways, Sasuke could EASILY take control of Ma/Pa and have them jump off of Jiraiya's shoulders far quicker than Jiraiya can react and Kai her out. And yes, Sasuke can and would control every movement she makes, so if SM doesn't give you the ability to sense chakra flow Jiraiya should expect a steel tongue in his ear. And if he can, well, he's still get knocked out by Ma/Pa before he could Kai them out.

Not sure what Jiraiya can do versus something like the Eiso tho, probably nothing. Sensing and Frog Kata won't help Jiraiya here.

Because the clone won't have Ma and Pa on its shoulders, and if he uses a transformation to appear like that Sasuke would still know since they wouldn't have a different chakra signature/colour/flow, etc. No counters to the one shot technique here, apart from smoke cloud, which would result in a different one shot technique.

It senses chakra. If the chakra is disturbed there's no reason why he wouldn't sense that the chakra is disturbed. Either way, their chakras are connected which is how they feed him Nature Energy in the first place, so there's no way he won't know if their chakra has been disturbed, and if it becomes a race between SM Jiraiya clapping his hands and the two elder toads jumping off his body, it should be pretty clear who's going to win.

This is Taka Sasuke w/ CM2. Not Hebi Sasuke w/ MS. If he uses Chidori Eiso Jiraiya plows right through it with COR. Same goes for any Enton Projectile he decides to fire. It lacks the power to overpower Rasengan and it lacks the AoE to get around the Rasengan if Jiraiya holds it in front of him when he's charging at Sasuke.

Chidori Eiso even after expanding like that isn't going to maneuver around the Rasengan and hit Jiraiya nor is he going to pierce through it and hit Jiraiya.

Whether Sasuke can get out of the smoke cloud is irrelevant as the smoke cloud is to hide Jiraiya himself, and camp? Not necessary. Once the cloud is up, Jiraiya either charges Sasuke with COR, attacks with Goemon, or has Ma and Pa use Frog Call to make sure he doesn't run anywhere allowing Jiraiya to end it by slamming COR right into his Susanoo. So unless Sasuke can prep Kirin before Jiraiya can act, he dies.
