I think Pokemon moves and jutsu are similar enough. Who would win?

I'm not familiar with how powerful legendary Pokemon really are so just in case they pale in comparison, no otsusuki or juubi jins. Bijuu jins are allowed!

Also Pokemon can get tactical advice from their trainers.

I have no idea what the outcome would be in terms of the strongest legendary pokemon and the top 10 shinobi, but I do know that the average shinobi would win over the average pokemon any day of the week.

There are many, many theories as to why it happens in a real life context.

But let me tell you that in the manga, pokemon get dismembered like it's nothing.
