Basically, Italian rap is nothing special. Apart for a bunch of alternative rappers like the guy I linked above, it's just about ganja and life in ghetto. Also, it's very dialectal, lots of Italian rappers intercalate with words or phrases from their own dialect, and in the cases of those who come from Naples and Southern Italy it's very impossible to understand, even for an Italian.
If you want some good rapper in Europe, you gotta go listening German and some French rap.

Ah I was forgetting that Italian rappers are the only ones who aren't obsessed by big cars, big money and bodybuilding

Hmm interesting though thanks for sharing ^^ personally I only listen to rap when the tracks contain good instrumentals. Likr Wiz Khalifa - Camera's or Absoul - terrorist threats ..for It's lyrics also
