Sarada has quick reaction feats for a woman.

Going back through the Gaiden, Kishi established that Sarada has very quick reactions to things but not speed feats.

1. The first encounter with Shin she stepped on his chain pretty damn quick when it was coming at her.Pretty impressive for a girl that has never stepped outside the village.

2. When Sasuke was comimg with the intent to kill her with this sword, she immediately shifted her head to the side avoinding the fatal blow.

Note that this was before Sasuke realized that she was his daughter and that Sasuke was going for the kill which means that she had another pretty quick reaction.

3. She smashed a Juubimon while it was trying to teleport her, Sakura, and Chocho but yet another quick reaction from her saved Naruto and Sasuke the trouble to find them and retrieve them.

Shin trying to teleport them through what I believe is Kamui,

but Sarada's reaction with a small shout from Sasuke was fast because she already knew what she was doing.

4. Through her fast thinking/reacting she was able to save Boruto in the movie from falling into the trap.

These were the sort of things I missed when analyzing her character for the first time.

My only problem with this thread is that you are insinuating that Kishimoto didn't give females good reaction time. The strongest character in the series is a female, mind you. She's also the fastest.

First off Kaguya is a woman but she is also an alien who gained massive powerup through the Chakra fruit and became god so she doesn't count.Yes she is the fastest but my thread was dealing with reaction feats and for her age and for the first time stepping outside the village she has shown great reaction feats. Kaguya lost all her credibility when she got hit by Sakura and couldn't react even with her Byakugan active.

Also, it was Mitsuki and Sarada's team work that saved Boruto from falling into the pit. I don't think Team Konohamaru was going to pass without Mitsuki being there, since he was the only one holding them down on the cliff thanks to his stretching ability. It just shows you how well they work together, at least Sarada and Mitsuki.

Kaguya lost all crediblity because Sakura hit her when she couldn't touch Kaguya without being tag teamed by RSM Naruto, Rinnegan Sasuke, and DMS Kakashi? Df. Also note, Sakura only reached that far thanks to the PS, which I think was Kakashi's.

Well actually...

Shinki was the first one to react before all of them.
Boruto was later the second shown, he was looking his device, and then gave up without trying.
Sarada tagged him with a kunai
Mitsuki grabbed her.

Everyone else who wasn't shown either fell, or figured out a way to save their team
