The fact that Sasuke encouraged Naruto to get stronger credits him with being partly responsible for Naruto's actions too, alongside Jiraiya, Kakashi and the other shinobi and events that occurred.

At the end of the day, they're just equal in different ways. In essence, antipodes.

I agree. Naruto takes influneces, teachings, and experiences and uses them.

Naruto sought strengths for different reasons.

Originally it was to be acknowledged, be hokage, and beat Sasuke.

It then turned to protecting what was precious to him and ending the curse and so forth due to who he met in life and what he's learned.

Actually Sasuke did. Not after the fight but during. I think it was like part 3 of their fight. He told Naruto to take the fight seriously or he was gonna die quick. Not those exact words but he new Naruto was holding back. But Naruto still had to give it all he had just to keep Sasuke's jutsu from overpowering him. So basically he still had to fight with killing intent so to speak just like Taka had to do with be just to be able to capture him.

Naruto is probably the most intentionally influential person in NV. It's like asking who's more of a flip-flopper.
Also, does wealth in NV really determine who's greater overall? Do you remember Neji, Naruto or Sasuke as kids? Do you remember the mafia guy that got killed by Zabuza? Or the ones killed by Kakuzu? In my opinion, these two categories make no sense at all, especially wealth.

Wealth and influence are apart of their character and they play a role in the NV. I never said it was a major determinate on who is better overall but it does factor in.

Look at bolt. Had his dad not been hokage or rich he wouldnt have the things he has. He sure as hell wouldnt be getting free crap from the scientist or acting as spoiled (in the sense that he didnt work to level up in the game for example)

Naruto went above and beyond for his daughters b-day, literally buying the entire store out of food and a bunch of toys.


Sarada isnt as well off as Boruto yet she knows what hard work is unlike what Boruto did.

Gato brought influence with his money and criminal ties. hence why he was able to stunt the bridge growth like that or hire Zabuza & Haku. Kakazu was influenced by money which is speculated on why he joined them in the first place (mercenary power)
