Rotation rejects anything with the force it was applied meaning the executioners blade goes flying and Zabuza gets touched.

All it takes is a single well placed needle from Haku in the ice mirrors otherwise. He won't dilly dally like he did with Naruto & Sasuke.

Air palm and rotation are indeed helpful here. Air palm could even break apart the mist for short periods of time I would imagine.

I agree about the rotation bit. If it can take care of ice mirrors then he should be fine probably.

Yes, Neji has all the requests to win. Byakugan can see through mist, Rotation can clear up Haku's ice mirrors, Air Palm is also very convenient, and Neji is better than the both of them in taijutsu. Yes, he wins

Neji is a fantastic counter to their fighting style but I still stand by the fact that the both of them are just higher standard ninja. I personally would put Neji just short of the PTS Kabuto / PTS Zabuza / PTS Kakashi / Darui bracket so if they don't waste their time with the pointless silent killing mist (intel I guess?) then with Haku too, Zabuza should be able to cut through quite nicely. Put him in a water prison Kisame style.
