Indra. Ninjutsu. Kekkei Mora?

Ye know Kaguya and Hagoromo are listed as Kekkei Mora I thought it was a term for a person who possesses all Bloodline limits. But Hagoromo doesn't have the Byakugun. I always thought Hagoromo could use every jutsu maybe he can. Kaguya should be able to use every jutsu considering she was the very first and possesses all bloodline limits.

But when I think of Indra he was the man who created Ninjutsu, he created the game and shinobi world. He was a most powerful reality warper and was deemed a genius. He created an ability that could lead to infinite abilities. I recall from the manga there be some mention about Hagoromo learning from his sons. Hagoromo must have learned the Creation of All Things from Indra the one who created Ninjutsu. Yin and Yang the pinnacle of ninjutsu.

So Kekkei Mora is a power that came before Ninjutsu with Hagoromo and Kaguya being users. None of Kaguya's abilities are ninjutsu but instead are Kekkei Mora.

I thought the humans that were received with Chakra from Hagoromo created them.

I guess Kaguya and her will must have been responsible for that too.

I believe that Indra created every Uchiha technique out there.
So they're like a water down version of Hagormoo's techniques such as COAT (hagormoo) to Izanagi (Indra).
