Nami's goal is to draw a map of the world, the currents and such, so I'm not really getting to what you are referring too. Same thing with this supposed foreshadowing a Enel was an extremely arrogant person who believed himself a god and as such needed obedient servants worthy of him. Even if Enel somehow becomes Luffy's ally, how is that any kind of foreshadowing?

Nami's dream is to draw a map of the entire world. How is going to the moon do that? And the moon isn't boundless, they just called it that because it appears as such a huge mass of earth due to the fact that they can see it every night while for Skypeians earth is an extremely rare commodity. Also the moon isn't the earth.

And what has CC beginning to like the Strawhats anything to do with Enel?

It's not the name of an island, it's the moon as in the moon, a celestial body that orbits around a planet. Enel went on a space trip to the moon, not another island.
