First half of the chapter took too long. It's nice to see that using too much magic repeatedly can result in something like a tumor, but I don't really get why it was necessary in the first place though maybe it might become more relevant later. It still took too much space, I was more interested in the fights occurring on the different battlefields. The character concepts of the remaining three Gods of Ishval already didn't appeal to me, but it's really disappointing that even ability wise they were obliterated so easily. I can understand that Serena was supposed to be stronger than them, but this was a bit too easy.
On a more positive note this chapter just dealt yet another uppercut to the whole Serena = Yuri theory. I mean Warrod is on his deathbed saying he will finally join Yuri while Serena is standing right in front of him and was the one who beat him into that state.
Spargan? I assume you mean Spriggan, but I don't see how anything in this chapter proves your statement. The only one who was fighting Warrod and the other Wizard Saints, was Serena and we haven't even seen the full extent of the power of most of the Spriggan. Heck we haven't even seen all of them, so any statement saying that one is absolutely superior to the others is baseless. The only thing this chapter proves is that Serena is ridiculously strong and that was something we already knew considering he was the highest ranked Wizard Saint and part of the Spriggan 12.
