Why doesn't Storm use song tracks from the anime?

I've always liked the Storm games but one major weakness that they've always had is the music. Why don't they use the music from the anime?

I figured it might be a rights issue but whenever I play a game from a movie it usually has the music from the movie in it.

I wanna play some battles from the series (ex. Lee vs Gaara) and have that original track playing. It would be so epic.
