I don't think any of jiraiya's attacks would make Ay bleed. A focused chidori didn't do anything even though Ay hadn't fully activated his chakra. A senjutsu chou oodama rasengan would send Ay flying to a rock. But that won't do much to Ay himself. He has bijuu levels chakra. Jiraiya has no attacks that would force Ay to cut parts of his body else that would be something lol. Also there are only VERY few shinobi living and dead that can counter Ay's speed.
Edit: I can't see Jiraiya surviving ELBOW or Lariat or Guillotine drop or Liger bomb...or any of those beast like attacks

Ay. Jiraiya is not fast enough to counter Ay to go into SM, and has no shown ability that could pierce Ay's Raiton Armor.

I don't think jiraiya is dumb enough to start off fighting raikage in his base. if he does, he'll summon his frogs and needle hair to stall until he can bring out sage mode which at that point will pretty much nullify anything raikage can do. now if it were the 3rd raikage, jiraiya is screwed and won't have time to survive long enough to bring out sage mode simply because that kage has nearly indestructible body and a far better offensive attack and reflexes.

Jiraiya's awesome and all, but if Ay were to get straight to the point, activate Lightning Armor and blitz Jiraiya, Ay would fodderize him.

Jiraiya sure has a large arsenal, but Ay's speed, strength, and durability would overwhelm him.

1. Blunt force trauma can kill people too ya know?
2. Chou oodama rasengan would probably destroy ay, rasengan is a tornado in your hand, imagine scaling that and adding more power because of senjutsu.
3. You don't need to cut someone to hurt them, he can destroy inner organs with rasengan, drown him in a swamp, gang rape him with toads, or just get his toads to sing him a lullaby.
4. There's also very few people who can use sage mode, or speed blitz a rinnegan user who has 2 more visually linked rinnegan users around him. There's also nobody else itachi admits he would lose to

Ay is as fast as lightning, if jman does'nt start in sage mode, he gets owned, rasengan, kawari senbon, hair mane attack, katon gama endan, summons are all useless, boss summons fighting something small that's as fast as lighting would result to them not being able to tag raikage, jman in sage mode though would be a threat

Kage bunshin feints to counter speed, and swamp of the underworld to paralyze (or using his oil to slow him down). Not to mention the last ditch option to retreat into a barrier and re strategize.
