Madara's isn't tagging Gai due to the fact Guy has the speed to dodge all of his attacks and the fact Madara can't track Gai.

EE has much more power than a Standard BSM Bijuudama and Legged V3 Susano'o Arrow combined considering the fact a TBB and Arrow was only able to put a small hole in a TSB shield while EE completely shattered it by ramming Madara through the Shield.

If Guy is able to get a dozen direct hits back to back on the Diamond I can see him breaking through the Perfect Susano'o.

His PS condensed to the size of kyuubi protected him from 12 Full kyuubi TBB and Chojo Kobetsu
A direct hit of EE > BSM TBB which is about on par with a full kyuubis much larger regular TBB
But there are only 5 hits and that's never making up the impact of chojo or the 5 or so remaining TBB.

So 5 hits of EE are tanked with moderate damage.

Madara either outlasts or eventual diced guy in half
