A tale of about 30 episodes detailing all resentment and struggles Danzo had to deal with alongside his comrades to Hiruzens electon to him finding the Intelligence agency known as "The Foundation''. Would this be an enjoyable series or would it just make you want to hate him more than ever before you have seeing him set up many of the things that have happened in the future? An who else deserves their own Shippuden Spin-Off series you think?

Yes id love to see that. I would also like a tale for every character in the series because we need to know everything about everyone.

He's a boring, selfish character.

Struggles? All he did was in secret and even if he had them, they were all for his selfish dreams.

If I wanted more fillers....and trust me I don't but if I did. I would want to see Minato's backstory in more detail or the origins of other clans....aka Hyuga, Uzumaki, Nara, etc.

I consider Danzo to be the most well-written villain, but no.

It wouldn't show much since he was a hypocrite- there were no struggles for him. In fact, that is one of the reasons he's the way he is. He didn't put in the work to train and thus outside of his wind release techs, his arsenal was lacking and he was not strong enough to make a difference during the war era and be noticed for talent like Hiruzen was (which often leads to being considered for the Hokage position fairly). He literally created more problems for the village by succeeding at defending it but with overkill methods which in turn brought others to betray Konoha, seek vengeance, etc. He did not carry out any dirty work, pretty much everyone else did it for him and he'd just tell them or threaten them into it. Or wait until they were in a situation where they couldn't refuse due to bleak circumstance. This caused Konoha to lose some of its best assets who would have benefited the village more in the long-run had they stayed. His self-sacrifice and destroying Shisui's eye fell flat given he was going to get killed by Sasuke anyway... him committing suicide was more of an easy death (to avoid Sasuke who was approaching him) and a back hand to Tobi (who wanted Shisui's sharingan). It was all for Danzo who wanted a glorious death and to outdo Hiruzen by supposedly dying for the village too... when in reality it wasn't of any value really since he lost the fight the moment all his Izanagi eyes were used up. He had nothing to lose. Danzo's "struggle" is literally him dealing with his own ego.

A Danzo series would be fail given it would literally be the story of not himself, but all the hardships of shinobi around him (since they were the ones really doing everything). There is no "deep story" to the actual character himself, he's not particularly complex either... he's just a realistic interpretation of a politician. It'd be boring.

I'd watch Danzo Shippuden over Itachi Gaiden.

There is no "Itachi Gaiden". It's Naruto Shippūden: The True Legend of Itachi Volume ~Light and Darkness~). which Danzo makes numerous appearances in (along with Hiruzen, Koharu/Homura, the Uchiha clan, etc) since it details the character's days all the way up until the downfall of his clan. You can see Danzo then. I read the novels and he has some pretty decent scenes along with Hiruzen. And Orochimaru too lol.

Kakashi chronicles
Minato origins
Akatsuki tales
Anything but definitely not Danzo

The ones crossed out were already created. :p

I'd like a Root Gaiden with Danzo shown in the antagonistic light, as always.

I'm actually writing a fanfic that's literally this though
