This one goes to kiba I was gone say Shino but his character was meant to be antisocial lol.. Kiba has a personality like naruto but his fights are all the same and in 5years this guy still did the same exact moves in the war arc lol .. No progression and even in the chunnin exams against naruto he lost to a fart this guy is too enthusiastic to be so boring and have so little moves hahaha .. Complete waste of character development even choji learned new moves during the war lmao.

He got a 3rd head on his transformation XD That was the extent of his "development"....guy couldn't even have his own goals. He had to bite off of Naruto and want to become Hokage all of a sudden. Like wtf lol

His "prisoner of destiny" MO was resolved after he lost to Naruto where everyone else got their resolution during the war arc and Neji...just died lamely at that.

His "prisoner of destiny" MO was resolved after he lost to Naruto where everyone else got their resolution during the war arc and Neji...just died lamely at that.

Pretty much plus I found his attitude in the Chunin exam to be boring as well. "I'm from the side branch but I'm better than you, taste my anger" yawn
