I don't believe in one shots.
After travelling for two days, Jiraiya finally arrives on Typhon island. He stands in his full grey Jounin armour with his hair tied back as it blows in the wind. He gets off the boat and heads inland. It was strange that Kakashi had wanted him to meet him here of all places? What was going on. Though kakashi didn't seem like his normal self. Jiraiya had heard alot about him from his own student Minato, but these actions of his weren't logical.
Jiriaya jumps through the trees until he arrives at a pave stoned clearing with the ruins of a temple all around. There in the distance he sees a familiar figure, Kakashi. But what was he doing. Jiraiya stays hidden in the trees watching, waiting.

Kakashi stood on the stone platform waiting for Jiraiya. It had been two whole days with the third approaching quickly. Kakashi reaches in his pocket and grabs a small scroll from which he reads aloud to himself. "Forgive me for asking this of you Kakashi. But Jiraiya is still trying to save Orochimaru. I need you to take him somewhere far away from the village and distract him while I kill Orochimaru. If I know Jiraiya, he'll be oblivious to the fact that Orochimaru and I are meeting in the Land of Noodles. Please, stall as long as you can."

Kakashi sighs as he puts the scroll back in his pouch and looks into the rapidly darkening sky. "I guess it's better if Lord Jiraiya takes longer getting here. At least that way I don't have to stall for long and I can get back to my book. I wonder how Kushina is doing with the baby. I'd think she is almost ready to pop. Hahaha..." Kakashi's laugh dies off into a serious expression as he sits on a nearby rock to rest until Jiraiya got within range."

Jiraiya leaps out of the tree he was standing in landing in a crouching position five meters infront of you looking up at having head what you just said. He's tense with nerves as he has no idea what's going on.
Why is it better i'm late Kakashi? Why did you bring me here and what's with that scroll i just saw you with.
Jiraiya straightens up but always looking at Kakashi, there was something really off about the situation and Jiraiya wasn't sure what. Why would he drag him to this desolate island, why would it be better for him to be late?
Kakashi notices a shadow block out the little bit of remaining sunlight that was visible. Kakashi quickly sat up and saw Jiraiya standing there with a confused look on his face. "Oh hello Lord Jiraiya! How have you been lately? Minato has been asking me to get in touch with you for awhile, it seems you've been gone from the village for some time now and he wants you to be there to meet your god son when he's born. Oh? The scroll? It's just a scroll on how to control my sharingan better. I recently found this in Konoha's library. Kakashi laughs somewhat nervously, hoping Jiraiya doesn't ask to see the scroll.
Jiraiya had been a ninja for a long time, longer than Kakashi had been alive so he knew when someone was lying to him. He'd grown up with Orochimaru, the number one deceiptful ninja in konoha. It didn't come as a surprise to him that Kakashi would try to hide something from him, but why would he. Jiraiya would normally just ask but it seemed like Kakashi had something his wanted to hide. Jiraiya was never good with being decietful, that was always Orochimaru's area, but he did have a couple of tricks up his sleeve. While thinking this, Jiraiya just laughs rubbing the back of his head and walks towards Kakashi.
Haha, you had me worried for a while there, i thought something bad had happened. I heard he chose a name from one of my books for him? Naruto right? I really should get back to the village but ive been trying to track down those Akasuki ninja... you wouldn't believe how hard that is...
Jiraiya while talking is smiling acting as his normal self until he is right infront of Kakashi, he puts his hand on Kakashi's shoulder like they were best friends pulling him into to a side like hug, still laughing like it was a family reunion.
I wonder what he will look like though... do you think he will be as pretty as Kushina or more spikey haired like minato, i wonder how strong he will be.... maybe if he trained with me... he could become as strong as the forth...
This was all his distraction, with his free hand he did a handseal by his side, his hair shot out behind the both of us, taking the scroll from your pouch and putting it in Jiraiya's hand without you noticing. Jiraiya turned to face you with his hand behind his back smiling, then he jumps back 3 meters waving the scroll in hand...
So you wont mind me reading this about your sharingan right?
(Ranjishigami no Jutsu) - Wild Lion's Mane Technique

That awkward moment when you don't grab the right, long and round object...
Jiraiya seemed to be suspicious, he went from being completely serious to laughing and smiling. It was typical Jiraiya but Kakashi wasn't sure whether to trust him or not. Kakashi feels a small tug at his pouch and looks down at it, only to see nothing. Kakashi just brushes it off as wind. "You know what Jiraiya. The boy will probably have his mothers eyes and hair color with his dads hair style and natural talent. If he trained with you I have no doubt in my mind that he would become a fine shinobi. He is the son of an Uzumaki who is also the Kyubi jinchuriki after all. Not only that, but he is also the son of Minato himself. I will make Naruto a great ninja if it's the last thing I do."
Kakashi watches as Jiraiya jumps backwards with the scroll in his hand and instantly reaches for his ninja pouch. "Lord Jiraiya, that isn't the sharingan scroll! That is my shopping list."Kakashi begins to sweat nervously.
Jiraiya smiles knowing that Kakashi is just trying to stall now. He opens the scroll reading it, and reading it again
Jiraiya drops the scroll in shock. How could Tsunade do this, and let alone drag Kakashi into it like this. Why now of all times. Jiraiya snapped back to reality remembering Kakashi infront of him.
How could you? Lying to me like this... i just... i must get back before Tsunade gets hurt... or worse.... you idiot, how could you agree to this... you don't know the monster he's become!!!
Jiraiya turned and dashed through the trees heading back where he'd come from, he had to get back to the village before something bad happened....
As Jiraiya dashes off Kakashi runs after him. "Wait master Jiraiya! If you want to go stop Tsunade, you'll have to fight me first..." Kakashi throws a kunai, aimed for Jiraiya's right calf.
As Jiraiya runs through the trees he hears Kakashi as he follows him, then he mentions fighting? At a time like this, had Tsunade really gone this far? As he is thinking this he hears the kunai soar through the air, he jumps again spinning in the air doing a full spin, as he does it catches your kunai, places an explosive tag on it and throwing it back to you in all in the same instant, as it reaches you it explodes blasting you flying back as Jiraiya continues towards the boat.
Sorry Kakashi.... i just dont have time for this
Kakashi watches Jiraiya easily counter his kunai and place an explosive tag on it. Kakashi then draws 2 more kunai and throws one at the explosive kunai and the other into the air so that the explosive kunai is knocked upwards and into that kunai which will send it toward Jiraiya. "Jiraiya... You of all people know how dangerous Orochimaru is to the entire shinobi world. He must be dealt with if we hope to keep this world balanced!"
Jiraiya spins to face kakashi in the air before landing on a branch. Kakashi truely wished to kill Orochimaru, it was Jiraiya who had failed all those years ago to save his friend. What was with Kakashi, would he just kill Sasuke without telling Naruto too, did he not believe anymore. The fourth would never have taught this, was it Tsunade? Had she convinced Kakashi of this? Either way it seemed Kakashi wasn't just going to let him run off, he would have to deal with the young shinobi here and now. As the kunai comes down from above, Jiraiya's back foot touches down on a branch and he kicks off it towards Kakashi avoiding the kunai.
As he does this he claps his hands together and his hair shoots out from all around him in 6 extentions, solid as steel, wrapping around kakashing in the air holding him tight, binding him fast so he can't move. He Jiraiya slaps him into the ground landing on top of him, him still bound by Jiraiya's hair as Jiraiya holds a kunai to Kakashi's throat, staring into Kakashi's one showing eye.
I thought you were better than this Kakashi, when did you stop believing? You think you can just kill anyone that does wrong? What next, are you going to have sasuke killed without telling Naruto? Or what if it was Obito all those years back, how would you feel if it was him instead of Orochimaru!!!

*Flash back starts* Kakashi remembers the time when he had to restrain his own student due to him acting disorderly behavior. It was Sasuke, he was trying to kill Naruto with the move he taught him specifically to protect his comrades, and here he was doing the opposite.*flash back ends* Kakashi now had a greater understanding of how Jiraiya felt about Orochimaru and why he had such great respect for Lord Third. "Jiraiya...why won't you understand the damage Orochimaru can do to the village. I of all people know what happens if someone doesn't follow the ninja system and put the mission before friends... Those who put their mission before friends are trash. But Orochimaru has tried to kill you so many times all ready... Why won't you just accept that he is an enemy of the leaf and let him go?!?" Kakashi knowing he can't move, releases his lightning chakra all around him, frying Jiraiya's hair and making it useless. He then breaks himself free while Jiraiya is paralyzed and thrusts his palm into Jiraiya's solar plexus, severly winding him and sending him into the air while Kakashi jumps backwards. "I didn't want it to come to this..."

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

I never said Orochimaru hadn't done bad things, we all know he has, but haven't we all? He wanted to get stronger to achieve his goals, is he not like Sasuke? Didn't he come to you to get stronger, and what about the time he used that chidori of yours on Naruto? Or did you forget telling me about that? Are we just going to count down the days until Sasuke does one bad thing and arrange to kill him to? Is this the next generation of the leaf!!!!
As Jiraiya says this he sees sparks as the lightning surrounds Kakashi's body, as it does it neutrillises and fries all of Jiraiya's hair that was binding him. Wasting no time, Jiraiya slams a tag onto Kakashi's chest and leaps back away from him. This tag sends shocks through your muscles and shocks you hindering your control over your own body. So your upward palm strike would spasm and not connect leaving you restricted on the floor as you try to gain control of your own body.
( Suji Haji Fūin ) - Muscle Restriction Seal

Jiraiya after having been such a charming man over the years had a keen eye for tears as it was a sign of a vulnerable woman, but to notice a tear on Kakashi's face pressed Jiraiya, he would force him to speak. The seal still on Kakashi's body to restrict his movements. Jiraiya performs a summoning technique summoning his ultimate mental torture jutsu. Svengali. As soon as he summons him, Kakashi is bound the this eternal genjutsu without know it. Jiriaya sits the doll in his chest pocket.
You may not have heard the legends but this doll will be your undoing. Either tell me now after your betrayal or suffer for all eternity at the hands of svengali.
(Genjutsu - Svengali) - Svengali illusion

Description: The user will perform 3 needed hand seals to summon a special type of mechanical doll to the feild. This is a special mechanical doll made entirely of chakra metal. When its summoned it is infused with the users chakra from that moment. Svengali is a special mechanical doll made of chakra metal that responds to the sound of the users voice comands, but not just any comands. From the moment this doll is summoned it begins to mess with the opponents head. After being on the feild for one turn the doll will put a kind of transe upon the opponent. This transe make the opponent become like the doll turn by turn. See below for details.
After being on the feild for 2 turns, the opponents arm will go solid like the dolls metal limbs, making them unable to move it.
After being on the feild for 3 turns, the opponents other arm will go stiff like the dolls other arm.
After being on the feild for 4 turns, The users legs will go stiff, unable to move them or feel any sensation in them.
After svengali has been on the feild for 5 turns, the opponents whole body will be stiff like svengali's and they will not be able to move or feel anything.
When svengali has control of all the opponents limbs they are unable to battle.
Due to this abilitily they are unable to move any part of their hands and can't feel any pain in their limbs. It is almost as though someone elses limbs are attached to their body that they cant feel or move. Not only does Svengali take over the opponents actions through hypnosis, he also becomes on with the target, so if svengali is poked, the opponent possesed by him will feel it too. The same effect applies in a painful way. If svengali has taken effect on of of the opponents arm, and the same arm on svengali is stabbed, the opponent will cry out in pain as though their own arm was stabbed, though they would still be unable to move it.
Note: No S rank or above while controlling Svengali
Note: No nin/gen jutsu can be used at the same time as svengali
Note: No Genjutsu for the rest of the match after use.
Note: While the user is controlling svengali, he is only able to peform 2 jutsu per turn due to concerntrating on svengalis use.
