It would probably kill complete fodders, leave people with a bodily state like TenTen heavily injured, almost fatally, and people with a bodily state like Sasuke or Lee roughly damaged.
I'm just calculating it from KCM's Rasengan against Tobi. I'd imagine it's the same as if not more than a Base Rasengan from Base Current Naruto

HAHAHAH YOU'RE KIDDING RIGHT? Sasuke doesn't have a good body. I mean its not bad he has insane speed and good taijutsu but its not a durable body. A peak human can't tank it well. Lee? Maybe. He trained his body so much. But Sasuke didn't. Sasuke did 1% of what Lee did.

Hashirama said it was something that could block the senjutsu that Madara had absorbed from him, however, Sasuke was stabbed before he ever got to use it. Sasuke has a boost from Hagoromo but not a good body.

He received Hashirama's cells directly from Kabuto.

Rikudou Chakra contains both components, Indra + Asura's Chakra with the latter being very Yang-Dominant, actually inheriting Rikudou's Physical Energy, so Sasuke certainly does have a powerful body regardless.
