But, in relation to the topic, I think Kaido's probably a giant, because the horns resemble both of the Oars. If he were to have a DF, I would concur with it being a Zoan. The only problem is is that I can't think of a suitable animal/mythological creature for him. Maybe his power could be based on the Nemean Lion, explaining his inability to die. A Logia seems just out of character for him, and Paramecia covers such a broad spectrum that we'd need to see the power further to figure it out.

As most people have said, Kaido probably does have a Devil Fruit. The exact model is really hard to determine at this point but I personally have the feeling that it will be a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit, Model: Dragon. I just have the weirdest feeling that Momonosuke's dragon form that he got from the SMILE fruit is some kind of foreshadowing towards Kaido's own power. Maybe that SMILE fruit was a failure that was modeled after Kaido's own fruit or something.

As far as why he doesn't kill himself by jumping in the sea, I believe there is a simple answer. Kaido sees possible suicidal events as games now. There is no fun to be had if he knows for sure that he will actually perish. I don't think he wants to die so much as he just wants to test his own strength and endurance.

Maybe he has the paramecia fruit, kairoseki kairoseki and he is invincible because no one cant cut/break that and he cant drown because he is the sea lol

If he had a fruit, it would be easy for him to drown himself. But, that's not an impressive way to die. Kaido's looking for a good death, like falling out of the sky, not a puny one like drowning himself. That's probably why he doesn't just drink some poison.

IF he has a fruit, it's most likely a Zoan type, given his status as "The strongest creature in the world". If it's a Zoan, it's either Mythical or Ancient, although given Kaido allready has an Ancient Zoan user and TRex's are allready taken, i'm betting on Mythical.

Or it could just be a Paramencia that lets him blow bubbles. Anything's possible.

Not if he has some sort of fishman lineage, he could have gills for all we know. Or what if he has a contradictory DF, or maybe even an artificial zoan which gives him fishlike properties?
