Awaken fans love

So whenever there is a post about the force awakens on Facebook the fans of the movie just love talking constant trash about the 1-6 prequels

then when they mentioned Awakens beating Avatar the movie with the blue Aliens

once again the fans of force awakens trash talk on that movie andsome even talked trash about the last Jurassic park movie
It appears any movie that may have rivaled force awakens or was beaten in sales by it the crazy fanatics want to talk trash about it

Force Awakens is a good movie. But it doesn't deserve to beat all those records - the only reasons it is is because it's the Star Wars brand and the insane marketing/publicity behind its pre-release.

I can understand fans trash talking the prequels. EP I - III are not only bad movies, but badly made too. You only have to watch RedLetterMedia's Mr Plinkett reviews to see why.

I can watch EP I -III but it's a tortuous experience. EP VII isn't the best SW movie by far - I would rate it 6/10 and on par with EP VI. But it's a vast improvement from the prequels.

I don't remember saying Jurassic World deserved to either :S

I was pointing out that just because a movie breaks box office records it doesn't make it a great movie itself - Jurassic World is another example as you point out.

Not saying you did. Just laughing at Jurassic World in general. I understand your points though. I don't agree, but I can see your points, you know?

BUT I loved Awakens. I also love Episodes 2 and 3. Awakens is in my upper tier of Star Wars movies. To me, Awakens deserved to beat the records. Awesome movie.

As.bad as the prequels were, there were a lot of good moments that were better than the trilogy but the fans just can't see past the horrific plot points and characterization

Sure they have a few good moments, but they're mostly full of BS moments lol
