--great colliding wave gains him distance and then he forms waterdome, which encompasses pretty much all of his markings. 1000 sharks and water clones are much faster than minato under water, so he isnt swimming away from them. as kisame outright overwhelms him and sucks him dry till minato runs out of air. or he can pierce him with a bone and call it a day

--GSB eradicates the summons not that it matters since minato cant summon enough to let them escape 1000 sharks and water clones wrecking them underwater
