So are their eyes suppose to be all white but Kishimoto and studio perriot draws iris so it doesn't look weird to the viewer/reader? I'm thinking about cosplaying Hinata and I need to know about her eyes.

They are supposed to be all white but are drawn so that readers can see them. I believe they sell byakugan contacts that match the anime.
