Even if Kakashi had gone strait for Obito at that point, the Raikiri would just go through his heart, destroying the seal. So Obito would still have accomplished his goal. He would tele back, become Juubi Jin, kill Madara and cast IT.

If you're referring to my scan, then no, Kakashi was aiming for Obito's throat, not chest.

Kakashi is more skilled and has better battle instincts though. Obito saying "I'll let you win this one" was just him bluffing, and has nothing to do with aiming his body so that his Raikiri kunai would hit his heart.

His Mokuton is weak and he's only used Outer Path.

No he was bout to use human path on yamato before kabuto stopped him and used a truth serum because he wanted to use yamatos moukhtun to amp zetsu, and also has preta as he absorbed rikudou chakra from juudara, so he can basically absorb any small scale chakra based attacks from kakashi, juubi sized katon chakra rods, moukhtun and more stamina as well as healing, the only thing kakashi has going on for him is his brains, it would be a high diff fight though, I see obito winning more times than not because of preta
