You're making an argument over a stump instead of the whole entire tree? Wow, that's not even an accurate measurement you're just assuming. That same Shinju stump produced wood dragons that were bigger than the kyuubi in height

It's clearly bigger than a mountain
Rinnegan Sasuke's moveset would not get wrecked by those people, especially the one he used against JJ Madara would immediately kill those people you just listed up there.
Are you joking? :lol Let's use common sense here. When someone horizontally cuts through a tree the length of the tree is irrelevant to how durable it is or how much power it'd take to cut through. When someone cuts through a tree or a Mountain the wider it is the better a feat it is since the blade has to get through more rock, and Naruto's Avatar is just as wide as the tree's stump. So unless you want to start arguing that the stump isn't as wide as the full tree you don't have an argument here. Your Wood Dragon argument makes even less sense for the same reason, because those are nowhere near as wide as Kurama or the Shinju itself.
No, Rinnegan Sasuke's full moveset would wreck those people. Ameno for evasion and not offense as that is what he used it against Kinshiki for, (hint hint irrelevant when it comes to attacking so please don't mention it) Katana, Raiton Stream and 3-Tomoe Sharingan get wrecked by anyone I listed up there.
How does Base Hashirama win? If Kinshiki begins at a relatively close distance to Hashirama, he jumps into CQC
and there's no way Hashirama can win from there.
If from a far distance, Base Hashirama doesn't have huge fire power. Kinshiki cut down the (albeit smaller) Shinju
tree in one shot. Understandably, Hashirama has things with greater durability than that but Kinshiki doesn't
need to one-shot Hashirama's things. Kinshiki can just keep on matching Hashirama's attacks and cutting them
down until he gets close to finish the job.
Even if Kinshiki doesn't win, I see it as high-diff either way but you seem to imply it's impossible for Kinshiki which I'm
not seeing.
