Should probably add accessory to the title lol also I think he could make it neater if he wanted but it would require money to do so. I think that's what he was implying at the end about it being expensive if he made it for cosplayers.

Raikiri is easy. Just get strips of shiny blue paper and a portable fan. xd
As for kamui, well.... that is a little tougher.
