Hey guys, I want to give my opinion on sasukes arm. I have heard a lot of people say that sasukes arm puts him at a disadvantage in fights against top tier enemies such as naruto, momoshiki, kinshiki, etc. But I believe that it actually doesn't make as much of an impact on how the fight goes to label it as a disadvantage.
HAND SIGNS:

When using hand signs shinobi typically use both hands and Sasuke can only use one hand now. Does that mean he has more trouble using jutsus? My opinion is no. Why? Because one hand is quicker. With one hand you can form the hand signs and use the jutsu whenever you want. Hand in your pocket? No problem, just form the signs. Hand in molten lava? No problem, you can still form the signs because all you need is one HAND! Plus it will be much faster. Two hands require you to actually place them together and form the complicated seals quickly. Try to form the tiger seal with both hands right now. Now try it with one hand. Which was faster? One hand, exactly.

Against high tier opponents Sasuke won't really need a second arm. He is proficient at hand seals with one arm as displayed in the gaiden and two arms won't make a difference. Besides, how often does he use his katana with both arms anyways? I really don't think two arms will make a different against Naruto, Madara, or Kaguya. Against high tier opponents sasuke will have to rely on his EMS and Rinnegan and not his arms. He could have 6 arms and it still won't make a difference. Lets use an example of two UFC fighters. One has one arm, and one has both arms. Who has the advantage? The guy with both arms. Now what if the guy with both arms has a ****ing tank that shoots nuclear bombs and moves at the ****ing speed of light? Exactly, even if he had both arms it won't make a difference.

A lot of people say that Kinshiki would've gotten rekt if he had both arms. How so? I really want to know how it would make a huge difference in the fight. Two arms won't magically make him a god at physical combat. Based on his previous fighting we know that two arms don't make a huge difference in his fighting abilities. He will still form hand signs quicker, and he will still rely on his eyes to do the fighting. Against Kinshiki he did engage in physical combat but Kinshiki is a master at taijutsu so it makes no difference.

I don't think having another arm will make a difference because sasuke has become proficient enough to use one arm to fulfill his jutsu needs. And most of the top tier opponents won't be at a disadvantage if sasuke has another arm.

(Btw, people say the reason sasuke is equal to naruto is because he has one arm, then I guess the reason Naruto is equal to sasuke is because naruto is rusty? hint hint read gaiden)

But if he had two arms, he could weave more jutsu with both hands right? :p

An extra arm is still a plus. It's like having an extra eye. One eye only gives a certain amount of vision; but if you trained yourself to be that good with one eye, then imagine how much better you could be with two?

It's the same with arms.

He is still at a disadvantage however his lack of a left hand doesn't hinder him as much as some people choose to believe.

Sasuke with one arm can do this

He uses chidori with one arm not two arms to clear up your misconception. And btw, against high tier opponents two arms isn't going to do jack diddly squat. He still relies on his sharingan and rinnegan to last against them. That is a jutsu btw, not his physical strength.

He's clearly weaker with One arm (tho not by much), Imagine him using his sword with one arm and One handed hand seals with the other.
It won't make a huge difference. Against high tier opponents two arms doesn't matter MUCH. I don't expect him to be shooting fire balls and swinging his sword at the same time. Naruto and Kaguya and Toneri etc. tank most of those kind of attacks

Obviously it won't make much difference but it certainly gives him more options, like destroying the opponents foothold with chidori varaints, summoning without having to retreat a few meters back....The reason it does not make much of a difference imo is cos Sasuke stopped being a calculative fighter.
