Even Part 1 Sakura & Naruto had superhuman movements. Lee, Guy...Deva Path for example are martial artists...the most susceptible kind of warrior to bullets and yet you know they can evade them. Please it's not as if the giant unkillable monsters, missiles, shinra tenseis etc. are going to make it easy for them.

Plus...they're just corpses. Bullets aren't going to do much, you'll need explosions to truly tear them apart.

Oops. Assumed you meant shinra tensei nukes and disregarded it. There are multiple types of bombs from grenade launchers to atomic bombs. Bombs from stealth bombers, gun boats, planes brealing the speed barrier Etc.

There's also chemical warfare etc.

Definitely. Probably should've restricted chemical warfare just because there's nothing like that at all in the NV. But yeah explosions are going to be what's needed since bullets are about as useful as shuriken.

Technically, no. If it's moving so quickly you can't see it then it's no good because:

a) You don't know where to aim
b) By the time you pull the trigger, they've already passed.

Your suggestion of chemical warfare and planes breaking the speed barrier doesn't add anything either because supersonic+ is breaking the speed barrier; and a whole lot more. The only thing standing in Pein's way is chakra exhaustion which will come in time, after he's done a lot of damage to the world.

Anybody ever thought that if he feels tired, he'll simply camp out somewhere, use transformation Jutsu to look like a regular human being, then wait it out until his chakra returns?

All he'd have to do is summon the soul eating dragon an take city by city state by state with just stealth/Incognito.
Knowing what he would have to go against, he wouldn't go balls out and put himself at risk he would use what he knows, and that's the shadows.

No1 could stop him if he's low key killing everything in his path. He wouldn't need those other paths unless he wanted to be a jackass towards his enemy.

That dragon alone could take many countries as long as he positioned in the right place for a wider range of attack. imo.
