1-Standout from the generic Hyuga

2-Can be passed off as a transitional stage between Byakugan and Tenseigan...Kinda like Sasuke's Rinnegan and Rinne Sharingan.

3-As for the name...although it's called white-eyes...they are often portrayed as a shade of purple anyway.

I think it looks super cool blue. Maybe an upgraded version of the byakugan turns blue. After all the iris of the Tenseigan which is a Byakugan on steroids turns blue anyways :lol

If its blue, that is blue byakugan, it would be different from the eat, even unique having its own special abilities, but if she is to gain it, their has to be a theory or a process of how it came to be

A ninja can have white eyes without having byakugans.
