If all dragon slayers were orphans from 400 years ago, and was taken into the future (current time).

When they moved into the future they were still young looking back at manga scans etc, then the fairy tail dragons all got stuck in time in Tenrou Island for 7 years

and sting and rogue was introduced after that time skip similar age to Natsu and Gajeel

does that mean sting and rougue didn't exist the day Natsu and the rest were taken in to the future

All of them was taken in the same day

Lets say Natsu and Gajeel about 12 years old and wendy , string and rouge are 5 years old on the day they were sent to the future

during the 7 years time skip string and rouge grow to the same old as natsu and gajeel that's it.
