Hozuki ➠ As a member of the Hozuki clan, Penguin is literally the embodiment of water. He has the ability to turn into water and use himself for water sources, can generate water up to A-rank without a source as long as it is no farther away from him than ten meters. Penguin has the ability to harden water and pressurize it out of his fingers, almost as if he was shooting a gun. He can also use the air's moisture to strengthen parts of his body, causing his taijutsu and kenjutsu to increase dramatically.
Water ➠ Ever since being a kid, Penguin has always been superb in using suiton. He became so good throughout the years at using suiton, he could perform all suiton jutsu with one hand seal and with a plethora of speed and power, being able to generate techniques of water that require water sources without them, up to ten meters away up to A-rank.
Earth ➠ When Penguin grew up, he realized that he had an affinity towards Doton. As a Doton specialist, he kept many scrolls with intricate and simple patterns and designs on them for the (Doton: Uitenpen) - Earth Style: Wheel Of Fortune technique, though his skill with Doton was nowhere near his skill with water.
Kenjutsu ➠ Penguin always fought with friends as a kid, and to combat them, he used a wooden stick in the shape of a sword. He always bested his friends with his great Kenjtusu usage, showing that he was swing faster, harder, and with more agility than your average Kenjutsu user.
Archery ➠ Ever since he could remember, Penguin hunted with his dad. On Penguin's eighteenth birthday, he received a red and black composite bow, and mastered it's use. He could shoot a grouping the size of a quarter from forty yards away, which is a remarkable feat.
Taijutsu ➠ After completing his training in Taijutsu with one of his best friends, Edward-sensei, Penguin felt at the peak of his natural talent. He could hit harder, move faster, react on par with ridiculous taijutsu specialists, and finally learned every taijutsu technique he could.

His pants were white with knee high blue socks. He also had a small but noticeable scar under his left eye from a past encounter from an old friend named San. He usually had his hand crafted sword attached to his left hip. On his right hip, Penguin carried a pouch which contained various ninja tools such as shuriken, kunai, flash bombs, smoke bombs, wire, a lighter, and paper bombs. On his back, he usually carried a red and black composite bow with stone tipped arrows. Penguin had crème colored cloth wrapped around his feet that acted as shoes. Around his friends, Penguin is always telling them corny jokes and embarrassing stories about himself or others. He really doesn't care what other people think of him and is very protective of his friends, and has risked his life for his friends on more than one occasion. Penguin has a never give up attitude and usually sticks to plans, but has a lazy streak that sometimes gets the better of him. One of Penguin's most prominent personality traits is his curiosity. He needs to know everything and hates being out of the loop. When his friends tell secrets to each other while Penguin is around, he can get very annoyed until they tell him what they were saying. There is a serious side to him when the time calls for it, especially when the Mizukage, Lancer, comes to him for advice or help.

History: Penguin was born into a lowly family as a kid, on the outskirts of the bloody mist but within it's domain. They lived in poverty for some time, his dad working hard in factories with his mom trying to cook what she could with what she could spare. Penguin had three family members; an older brother, a younger brother, and a younger sister. Each of them perished when they went into the academy, not being strong enough to survive the test the Bloody Mist hosted every year for their exams. Penguin however was not the strongest nor the most skilled person in his class, but one of the smarter kids who had a will to live. That was what helped him survive his exams, and what made him a Kirigakure ninja.
After graduating the academy, Penguin went home to tell his parents, but was in shock as he found a single Anbu ninja with his parents on the floor, throats slit. In shock, Penguin rushed in and began to combat the Anbu, a very highly skilled individual. After moments of the Anbu toying with Penguin, he went in for the kill, but was shocked when Penguin turned into water, liquefying his whole body, then quickly reforming to see a kunai lodged within his throat. Without a family and having killed all of his friends, Penguin set out to travel the world and find teachers to hone his skills, vowing to one day come back to Kirigakure and change it's ways.
After traveling the world, having been to places like Amegakure, Konohagakure, and Iwagakure and learning from under people like Lancer, Kiritsugu, Mystigun, Kakuzu, and others, Penguin finally felt powerful enough to return to Kirigakure and change it's ways. He met many people outside of Kirigakure that were scary powerful that taught him quite a bit, much like Roy Kiyoshi, Galen Marek, Lilliana Uchiha, the Regent, Souji Nekura, and many more.
Having made his way back to Kirigakure, he found out that Lancer, not Kakuzu, was the Mizukage currently. It seemed as if he didn't have to become powerful to change the village, and other people wanted to do so as well. Lancer, after many talks, allowed Penguin into the village. It changed drastically since he was a kid, and many people like Max, Hana, Atem, Talos, Moofy, Admiral Pantha, and Alice. These people were very strong in their own ways, and Penguin often sparred against them to test his might. Due to his natural talent and amazing usage in water ninjutsu, he and the Mizukage came up with several techniques using the mist to aid their water release, making them dominate opposing competition.
One day, a village tournament was announced in Kirigakure, and Penguin would take part. Having been getting closer to Lancer, becoming his right hand in a sense, he was promised a spot and would go on to do very well. In his first fight, Penguin fought against a raiton user and won the match pretty easily. He then fought a prominent earth user named Rayder. This was a test that Penguin almost wasn't ready for, due to his limited chakra. Having made up his mind not to use anything higher than c-rank ninjutsu, suiton, or taijutsu, Penguin fought valiantly and ended up beating his opponent Rayder. After resting up, Penguin then went on to beat the Gyojin, Hana, in a close fight of suiton ninjutsu. Then, after making it to the finals, Penguin fought a Hozuki named Moofy. Their fight was so intense, it was heard around the ninja world and dubbed the best fight between suiton ninjutsu users that anyone has ever seen. Moofy clad himself in a suiton susano'o, whilst Penguin formed a suiton bijuu to fight it. After the Bijuu was defeated, Penguin formed a water dragon to coil around the limbs of the susano'o as it bit the nape, killing the construct and making Moofy retreat. Then after some close quarters engagements, the victor was dubbed to be Moofy, not Penguin. He wasn't mad that his friend Moofy beat him, as it was the best fight he has ever had.
Many months have passed since then, with Penguin getting stronger and stronger, with the help of his Mizukage, Lancer. They trained quite often, teaching each other secrets of the trade. Lancer then made it a point to tell Penguin the village secrets, becoming the next in line. Having heard this, Penguin also wanted to become more powerful, so he reached out to his friends Yagura and Jiraiya, with them teaching the shinobi secret jutsu such as Water Expansion and Water Molecules. After learning these jutsu, Penguin heard from around the ninja world that Galen lost the Water Goddess to a hungry Kumogakure Shinobi, and Penguin was going to make it his goal to pry that sword from the shinobi's hand by whatever means necessary.
