Will Toneri come back in the new manga serie?

As said, I would like to see something like Part 1.. But I really don't think that aliens would be forgotten, remember that Mitsuki himself, one of the major characters, is an Otsutsuki

This writer did give Toneri an honorable mention in the Boruto movie novel and with the way he writes Ootsutsuki...they would become more Op if he starts designing them.
